On the night of March 28, the Russian army reportedly attacked Kharkiv with drones.
According to the Prosecutor General's Office, civilian infrastructure facilities in the Kyiv district were damaged: a restaurant, a shop, and office space. Windows were smashed in nearby residential buildings.
Law enforcement officers seized the wreckage of three UAVs.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kyiv District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Russian forces conducted numerous attacks across Kharkiv region overnight, attacking Kharkiv with Shahed-type attack drones at night, damaging civilian infrastructure, homes and a kindergarten, killing two civilians, including a child.
