The Kyiv Court of Appeal upheld the decision against former Supreme Court Chief Justice Vsevolod Knyazev for renting an apartment for UAH 1,000 per month, fined him UAH 2,550 and confiscated a gift worth UAH 906,600.
The Kyiv Court of Appeal upheld the decision of Kyiv's Pechersk District Court against former Supreme Court Chief Justice Vsevolod Knyazev in the case of renting an apartment that he allegedly rented for UAH 1,000 per month. The court also ordered Knyazev to pay a fine of UAH 2,550 and confiscated a gift in the amount of UAH 906.6 thousand, according to Suspilne, reports UNN.

It is noted that the Kyiv Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv against the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Vsevolod Kniazev in the case of renting an apartment for UAH 1000 per month.
According to the judge, the decision is final and cannot be appealed. Knyazev has to pay a fine of UAH 2,550 and the gift of UAH 906.6 thousand was confiscated
According to prosecutors, Knyazev had been renting a 4-room apartment in the center of Kyiv for UAH 1000 per month since November 2021. In court, Knyazev said that he rented the apartment for $1100. The agreement for UAH 1000 was for a parking space for a car.

In May 2023, during a hearing of the High Anti-Corruption Court in the case of choosing a preventive measure against former Supreme Court Chief Justice Vsevolod Knyazev, the prosecutor stated that Knyazev rented a 133-square-meter apartment in the center of Kyiv for one thousand hryvnias.
In October of the same year, the head of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption drew up a report on an administrative offense against former Supreme Court Chief Justice Vsevolod Kniazev for renting a house at a price significantly lower than the minimum market value.
At the end of 2023, a court confiscated a UAH 906,000 gift from former Supreme Court Chief Justice Vsevolod Kniazev and found him guilty based on NACP materials.
