According to him, society began to perceive them as "enemies" and "cannibals.
According to Pavliuk, in the two years of russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, society has come to "harassment of the military with TCC and moral support for evading the defense of Ukraine.
Pavliuk emphasized that today TCCs and their security companies are mostly staffed by servicemen who fought at the front but were recognized as unfit for further service.
The Land Forces Commander is also outraged that the publications of "illegal actions of the TCC" usually do not show the men's unlawful refusal of their constitutional duty to defend Ukraine.
There are many videos on various social networks with content taken out of context. We are often reproached: "It's your own fault, you don't change!" This is not true. We are changing, we see our shortcomings and work every day to become better and more understandable! We have a lot of work ahead of us, and without your help it will be much harder! Only together we can withstand this invasion and eventually win!
According to the commander, "the highest aerobatics of the art of war is to destroy the enemy's plans and inflict defeat on him without using his troops in combat.
And judging by recent months, the russians are very skillful in using ancient Chinese warfare stratagems. And some of our fellow citizens, unfortunately, have lost the understanding that their actions and public statements have become a powerful weapon in the hands of the enemy
