In the occupied Luhansk region, there is an acute shortage of medical care and medicines for the civilian population, as the occupiers prefer to provide medicines to wounded soldiers rather than the local population.
There is a big problem with medical care in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, because medicines are provided to the wounded occupiers, not to the civilian population. The head of the Luhansk RMA Artem Lysohor told about this on the air of Espresso, UNN reports.
