It is noted that repair work is already underway. Where possible, power engineers will re-energize critical infrastructure and homes.
There was an emergency shutdown of equipment at one of Ukrenergo's high-voltage substations. Residents of Khadzhibey and Kyiv districts were temporarily left without electricity
The company warned that the estimated time for restoration of power is within a few hours.

Ukrenergo warned that due to Russian missile attacks that damaged thermal and hydroelectric power plants, electricity supply is limited in Kryvyi Rih and Kharkiv region. However, restrictions are possible in two other regions.
