9 attack drones were destroyed by air defense forces on the night of April 16. This was announced by the commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykola Oleshchuk, reports UNN.

It is noted that on the night of April 16, the enemy attacked with 9 Shahed-131/136 strike UAVs from Cape Chauda (Crimea).
All nine "shaheds" were destroyed by mobile firing groups of the Air Force and Defense Forces of Ukraine in Kherson, Mykolaiv, Khmelnytskyi, Poltava, Cherkasy and Dnipro regions.
