Woman rescues two teenagers who fell through the ice in Zhytomyr region

According to the State Emergency Service in Zhytomyr region, the incident on the Uzh River occurred on December 7 at about 16:00.  It was at this time that rescuers received a call that two teenagers had fallen through the ice.
