AB InBev Efes Ukraine was awarded the nomination «Industry Leaders» during the Business Wisdom Summit 2024.

On April 10, the largest business event of the year Business Wisdom Summit took place at the "Intercontinental" Hotel. The event brings together CEOs of domestic and foreign companies to exchange experience and share the best business cases.

This year, the main idea of the event was the strategy of preserving and developing business in wartime. The audience of the Summit is traditionally owners and top managers of small, medium, and large companies, which are united by common risks, challenges, and tasks to restore and stabilize business processes under conditions of total uncertainty.

During the event, participants shared experiences in responding to current business challenges and cases of adaptation to the current situation in the country.

More than 35 of the most effective СЕОs, top managers, and leaders of their fields were awarded in different categories for recognition of achievements in business development.

AB InBev Efes Ukraine received an award in the nomination "Industry Leaders" for its development of the Ukrainian beer market, extraordinary solutions, and support of the company’s employees.

When asked about the most difficult decision in the uncertain conditions, Dmytro Shpakov, CEO of the company, said: The most difficult decision was to restore the breweries, they were badly damaged and required significant investment. But we are used to working under constant challenges, and even without using the capacity of Kharkiv, where the brewery is suspended for security reasons, we have tendencies to restore our position by expanding production at other breweries, active use of innovation, and a powerful human resource. So the decisions were right.
