A letter of intent to establish the air base in Świdnik, a satellite city of Lublin, was signed on Monday by Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysh, along with the governor of the Lublin province, the mayor of Lublin and the chairman of the board of the Lublin airport,
