The occupiers appoint unskilled personnel, such as laboratory technicians and cleaners, as directors of educational institutions in the temporarily occupied territories due to the lack of qualified teachers willing to work there.

The occupiers are appointing laboratory assistants and janitors as directors of educational institutions in the temporarily occupied territories  . This was reported in the telegram channel by the National Center of Resistance , UNN reports.

Details

This situation is due to a shortage of qualified personnel who are willing to work for the invaders. According to the National Center "Resistance," the Russians are sorely lacking high school teachers and representatives of the administration of educational institutions in the occupied parts of Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. Promises of high salaries and social protection do not work. Conscientious teachers continue to teach in Ukrainian schools remotely.

The occupiers do not hesitate to appoint former laboratory assistants or even janitors as school principals or deputy principals. This is because most teachers in the occupied territories refuse to cooperate with the occupation authorities. Moreover, many conscientious teachers continue to teach remotely in Ukrainian schools.

Experienced teachers  are also in no hurry to come from Russia to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Even the promised cash payments and guaranteed housing do not attract them.

If there are any, they are mostly students of second-rate Russian pedagogical universities.
