The Bohodukhiv District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv region approved and sent to court an indictment against a 36-year-old man on the fact of aiding the aggressor state (Part 1 of Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),
Details
According to the investigation, during the temporary occupation of the villages of Makarove and Turove of the Zolochiv UTC, the man voluntarily decided to help the enemy.
